I love when they bite the hand that feeds them. One of my favorites in a series of continual missteps and fuckups by the UW coaches and athletic department.

The term came from Grinolds. Blaming the fan came from the Todd Turner “How to be an Athletic Director for Dummies” book that somehow remained in her office.
 
What kind of idiot criticizes the fans when they are struggling to fill up the stadium past half full?
 
Still plenty of reasons to go the game. Jen is going to really excited about those that decide to pack the house for the Oregon and wazzu games. 70 percent will be from opposing fanbases, but still.

I'm hearing Jen is talking logistics with the Wazzu AD about letting their fans run on our field after their Apple Cup win. Safety first.
