A well-earned vacation. Imagine working in NIL for the AD at a p5 football program and taking PTO during the spring game (when big recruiting and NIL events should be taking place concurrently).

By the way, when I hear a guy say they are taking a "much needed vacation" they move immediately to my Can't be Friends list.
