What the Rats have already passed in the House and what they are voting on in the Senate isn't a codification of Roe. It rips Roe to shreds and legalizes abortion right up until birth. It eliminates all restrictions on abortion including parental notification laws and forces Catholic and other religious healthcare providers to perform abortions and pays for it all with taxpayer money. The media lies about this because nearly 85% of the public opposes this.
This is the language from Roe:
On the basis of elements such as these, appellant and some amici argue that the woman’s right is absolute and that she is entitled to terminate her pregnancy at whatever time, in whatever way, and for whatever reason she alone chooses. With this we do not agree[/b]. . .[/i]
They aren't codifying that and the Media helps them to lie and claim they are. What they are voting on is so fucking radical there aren't even going to get all the Rat Senators to vote for it and none of the Pro-abortion Republicans will vote for it.
