OT: Seahawks understand The Formula.

Passion

New Fish
Hurry up offense? Fine.
200-yard running back? Good.
Exciting WRs? Sure.

This is what wins football games/championships. This is what demoralizes your opponents: "Avril and fellow defensive end Michael Bennett, an offseason signee from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, each sacked Kaepernick, and Bennett also had three tackles for loss.

Money well spent.

“It’s going to be a pretty exciting group,” Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said."

A healthy WTIII turns an already kick-ass secondary into something special.

As splashy as the Harvin trade was, the new additions on the DL will make a larger impact, and that's even if Harvin was healthy. At the end of last season, the pass rush was about the only glaring issue with the whole team.

That's what annoys me about the media and dumb fans - they pee all over themselves about a dynamic WR (like Percy Harvin), and ignore the real difference makers.

I was excited to get Harvin, but I was peeing all over myself over the additions of Avril and Bennet. God bless the inventors of depends undergarments.

Seahawks preach toughness is why they are successful. Their entire defense full of play makers who are all hard hitters. On offense they have a power running game and seem to be the only team who can run on the 49ers since Harbaugh has taken over.

They value the line too bringing in a top notch OL coach and using their first pick in their regime on a LT. The Seahawks don't have spectacular WR's but that doesn't seem to matter as they are a hard nosed, tough, athletic football team.
