Of course one of the kids is from Bend, which is a hot spot for two dads and the other is the backup center that couldn't get the snap within ten feet of the QB by their bowl game who was only recruited as a favor to his sister.
Here is what I know of this; the S&C coach has been doing this for ten years. This means he has worked with roughly 1,000 bodies in that stretch. A lot would be the same kid year after year, but they are all on the same fitness cycle. Not one kid has ended up in the hospital until these three.
It has been widely reported now that absolutely everyone involved with the program was mailing it in after Chip left. This is every bit of Jim Radcliff's fault as the new guy. If an hour of body weight exercise puts you on the brink of death then you're not an elite athlete.
