Herbert threw 6 TD's in his second start. He's already better today than Lockner ever was.

The kid is the real deal.

The sad part in all this is the kid ties the school record for passing TD's in a game and loses because his piece of shit head coach fired a terrible D-Coordinator and replaced him with an even worse one. A fucking five man box, a shitty five man box at that against a 6-gap line. The fucking 2010 team couldn't have covered that with all of their super hero players.

He has no touch on his long throws. Several times he overthrew an open receiver downfield just because he couldn't put any air under the ball and let his guy catch up to it.

The Cal defense makes just about everybody look like the real deal. He may be, but gaudy numbers against Cal aren't a good indicator.
