You keep bringing up that Fresno loss except Fresno is coached by Jeff Tedford who we know is legit, went 12-2 last season, won the Mountain West championship, and finished the season ranked #18 in the coaches poll. I'd rank Jeff Tedford ahead of both Herm and Cristobal right now so that's not some shocking win over ASU that Fresno got. ASU took their lumps last season but beat USC, Utah, Michigan State and only lost to UW by a touchdown. They did that with a much lower ranked roster than Oregon had talent-wise. That's what makes their 5-4 in conference season more impressive than Oregon's 5-4 in conference season. Oregon's biggest win was against UW. Had ASU had UW at home with a bye week the previous week, they could have easily upset UW too.
