Oregon softball ranked No. 10 in one preseason poll and No. 11 in another

EUGENE — “Oregon softball will open 2021 in the top 11 of the major polls.

The Ducks are No. 10 with 481 points in the preseason coaches poll and No. 11 with 296 points in the USA Softball poll.

Oregon went 22-2 in last year’s shortened season and ended ranked No. 8 in the USA Softball poll and No. 9 in the coaches poll. UO returns its top seven hitters and all four of its pitchers from last season and adds five freshmen.

UCLA, Washington and Arizona are Nos. 1-3 in both polls, respectively.“

Silly me and I thought this was a forum to discuss Duck Sports. I had no idea it was for Ignorant Husky trolls that don”t have enough interesting on Forums dedicated to Husky sports to keep them interested.

You should be Proud. Although Oregon is ranked 10th the Husky SB team is ranked 2nd.

You can’t expect them to start out on top, but they’re very eager and will work their way up. This is always a team you can get behind.

I think the Ducks Pitching staff will be awesome. It may be the best we have seen. They could be better than when all of our aces transferred to Texas and elsewhere after the coaching change. Including our ace holdover and highly ranked freshmen and the all star/all league ladies that transferred here are really good.
