There were at least two teams under the chipster that I'd give at least a shot at the big 3 teams right now. You really should not put FSU and the 2015 Rose Bowl in that category. How is PSU better than the defending national champs with a roster full of NFL players? How is it obvious that even the Buck team UW played is automatically better than FSU? The Buck team that beat Washington was not the Buck team that beat Oregon and Mariota.

It's luck, so what? You have to put yourself in position for luck to find you. Washington could have been in this same position, but they decided to bend over and submit before the bell even sounded. Mario said after the game, Oregon barely had enough scholarship players. The key, Oregon made it happen. If the situation was reversed, Oregon would have still played in the Pac 12 Title game, because Oregon actually cares about football. They might be the last team in the Pac 12 that does. By the end of this decade it won't even matter. We are getting to a point where the Pac 12 has no future left, and I don't expect there to be a Pac 12.
