Oregon got better today. A lot better.

I dealt with Dan a lot while he was at Georgia. First thing to know is he is incredibly bright. He learned a lot at Georgia. He's a bright, articulate, charming, engaging guy who is also competitive as hell. He's appeared to learn a ton from mentors Todd Graham, Nick Saban, and Kirby Smart.

You’re going to love Dan. It will be interesting to see who he fills his staff with. Knowing the competitive nature of Dan, I'm sure he negotiated a large assistant salary pool. If he gets Tosh Lupoi on staff, watch out. Tosh is one of the best recruiters I've ever dealt with. He's currently with Jacksonville.

He's an outstanding recruiter and phenomenal working with LB's. He trusts his guys and has an edge. Guys love playing for him.

Oregon didn't hit a home run with Dan. They hit a grand slam.

Dan Lemming is the best coach on the field. Enough said on that. He has three years of high school and 11 years of college position coaching under his belt and will do everything he can to win the game.

FTFY

How is this all possible when they allegedly had “the hardest working man in college football” as their previous HC?

Haven't seen a poast(hardy har har) break 30 chins in sometim. Kudos.

You would think @Swaye, @RaceBannon or even @PurpleJ might own the all-time chincredible record for a single post. But alas, it belongs to Stalin. I think it was 94.
