True. Walking in NW PDX when outdoor masking was called for I walked maskless right past young urban dwellers, fully masked while walking their dogs. My first thought was, holy hell these people are like clay and they're scared shitless.
 
I'm on the road in Kali what a fucking shit show! LA county mask mandates, we ignore them.
