Publicly traded companies have their annual audited financials issued within two months. As best as I could find out SFUSD has 51,790 FTE students. So, $1,318,911,594/51,790 is $25,467 per student. And that is not enough. Geezus. But trust them, the district is highly rated and just needs a bit more money.

Partially, but a high school student in Nigeria is getting a better education. Look at how US universities work so hard to get African students into their schools to boost minority enrollment numbers. Barry being a case in point.

It won't filter down to silly things like "math" and "science," unless it pertains to test scores that can make the school and district look better and get more money
