So many young kids today think that they are entitled without having to put the work in to get to that spot.
The fact that that sign even needs to be posted is an indictment on our current society ...
It will continue to weed out those that are soft and aren't prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to ensure results.
It will also ensure that those that come into the program are exactly those players that fit that kind of messaging ... Washington is in the process of being branded.
