It is a better venue than looking around and seeing some lifeless swamps, endless corn/wheat dreck, more flat soulless God forsaken hellscapes full of tornadoes and lightning storms.

This was an SEC guy that said he loved HS.

The Rose Bowl is great because of the tradition of the actual Rose Bowl, but it's kind of a shit hole. The Coloseum being included on the list is even worse.

The sunset over the mountains and reliably perfect weather make the rose bowl great, but yeah the stadium itself is terrible.
