I read that tariffs are just a sales tax on American consumers. Why would that impact Nike stock then?

Price of the brick just went up since it appears USC has gotten their act together on the trail.
 
Look for some new commitments next week.
Also whoever in Asia makes the first deal will get the best deal and the biggest advantage over everyone else.
