I don't see why hoops got any votes at all. That whole sport needs to die a violent death as far as I'm concerned. Wouldn't miss it.

Softball is pretty fun and has chicks in tight pants. I'm a water guy and anything with boats, oars or paddles is good with me. It can even be compelling TV. I used to love the rowing events at the Olympics as a kid. They don't show them much anymore.

To be clear, I was perfectly fine with the old system where the Blue Bloods (and quasi Blue Bloods) helped subsidize the the little sisters of the pour. This was a noble endeavor in my mind. But there is no honor left in College Football. It's only about the almighty dollar and the stupid play offs.

Oregon went to the Cotton Bowl
Oregon State won a Heisman
And WSU did something I'm sure

UW and Oregon would be fine if the Pac gives them a higher share to the point that they're making 50mil or more and are guaranteed to be on Fox/ESPN/CBS/NBC.

Obviously, schools like WSU and OSU would suffer to get it to that number.

But Colorado and Arizona would have to take a hit too, which they won't.

So the whole thing is fucked.
