The play clock was at :00. It was a smart play by ztf assuming competent officiating. Either they snap it and he has a great jump or they don’t snap it and it’s delay of game.

Instead, they didn’t snap it, refs missed the play clock at :00 for 2 full beats, and UW got fucked
