With this team and how awful the defense played the first half I'm not gonna complain at all. Get that weakest 9 win team in history trophy and trick some recruits with it.
 
Pretty sure I developed some form of eye cancer watching that entire game. Was honestly hoping the Beav would go up 2 TDs so I could turn it off.

Our weak link is the secondary, followed closely by linebacker. Both of these weaknesses were mitigated by wind. Defense was overall still pretty shit.

bad news feels like a 4/5 win team if we played in any other conf. but the P12 and old P12 north
 
The only real positive I can take away is that defense made adjustments. By adjustments I mean Babushka deciding it was a good idea to pull out the NFL Blitz 2000 playbook when the wind picked up after skull fucking us with the run game.

I'm pretty impressed with their defense though. Maybe that's just because I compare it to UW's.

Beav was one dimensional with a mentally and physically challenged QB. The run D looked better in the second half but the LBs are still getting blocked way too easily and all LBs and safeties are letting the plays come to them instead of attacking the ball. (i.e., they’re downy soft.)

We’ll see how much improved this D is next week. I’m not hopeful.

I saw LB and safeties clearly trying to fall backward with the RB momentum as they "attempted" the tackle. Not one of them has the guts to drill someone. I don't get how they made it past junior high football.

I can't believe we went from DBU to absolute dog shit in 1 season.

Penix makes shitty passes at the slightest amount of pressure.

D needs to create turnovers like they did early in the season. It's the only chance we'll have next week.

That was before teams knew they could just score at will by passing against us. Perryman never stops impressing me with how far he can find himself from the wr when thrown at.
 
I actually agree with @dannarc ... can see us? you? them? winning this one despite basically deserving to lose.

and now we know Penix is capable of throwing the embarrassing Bo Pix Six. Should have had two of 'em.

imagine how potent this offense is with even a semblance of a running game.
