basically it's stupid to ever run it back. it's the most dangerous play in football (hence the rule change), you get it at the 25, and I rarely see anybody cross the 30. So you risk getting your head lopped off and fumbling deep in your territory for the lowest odds play. I'd just fair catch them 100% of the time. It's 99% of the time a dumb decision to bring it out.

That’s the evaluation on him. His arm is so strong he doesn’t step into his throws. It works in college.
