I’m legitimately curious how he has no ass. How is that even possible considering a collegiate weight training regiment. Where is the power going to come from? Does he skip leg days?

Lake is legitimately a great position coach and that’s it.
Otherwise he is a lazy shitbag. Kwat did all the hardwork for him at DC and it’s clear Lake never even knew how much work goes into being an actual coordinator let alone a HC.
He thought he could just kinda do the same half asses shit he has been doing his entire career and skate by; it’s clear in the player development, recruiting, coaching hiring, game planing…. It all screams lazy person in over their head.
