I can understand lack of talent, and that clearly is part of the problem. But even less talented players can know what they need to do and where they should be on each play.

Eh to be fair that was under herm so they had the new fire under the interim coach that became way more aggressive (on o at least). Still talentless but they play hard

I actually bet aguano gets picked up by a power 5 team as oc or a high level mid major and I wouldn't be shocked if in 6 or so years we hear about him as a candidate for the coaching carousel.
