OFFICIAL Washington-Stanford Game Thread

Our defense plays bend-don't-break and hopes that the other team makes mistakes.

Stanford doesn't make mistakes, esp when they just run at Sirmon and get 6-7 on first down

Need to take Smalls out on 1st and 2nd down. Need to take Sirmon out on 3rd and long.

You are telling me that putting Sirmon in man coverage outside on third down isn't good game planning?

Sirmon was not the problem on those runs... the interior DL not holding the POA was... they were looking to make plays rather than 2 gap

Very cool to not target cade otton early again! Smart, since he is only allowed to catch a limited number of passes each game.

I don't understand that dive run on first down with the smallest person on the team. Dumbest shit I have ever seen.

Yes they do, this stanford team is awful.

How about we run outside the tackles????

Not allowed. Stanford has been bad against the interior run in three games and therefore will always be.

It's almost like teams scout their upcoming opponent and make changes to stop what they do!

I get run the damn ball! But when you told the other team already you are running the damn ball! They know you will run the damn ball! Now switch game plan to pass because that is the only way you're moving the damn ball!
