I understand if the ball is poorly thrown, but how do you not catch the ball that hits your hands.

Throw it with some touch when they are 6 yards away

Although this is true, the way those kind of plays work is to get the ball to the receiver quick enough that they can YAC. I mean, might as well just not throw altogether if you're going to underhand a ball to a receiver three yards downfield.

In fact, yeah, might as well just run the ball.
 
Easons stat line looks like shit but if we played the receivers who could catch the ball it would be more pedestrian like. That INT he threw was a little high but that was a great play by that DB.

Sure, but that was in position where hunter could have made a play for it

I think Hunter is too muscle bound to reach like that... You can see how he moves.

Hmmmm, what exactly do you think he's doing poorly? Other than throwing the ball too hard for his receivers to catch.
