why do our WR look liek they are giving up before they actually get to the ball? is it me or are they all giving up when I see so many other WR on other teams layout?

They are poorly coached, I have seen 8 atleast turn, sidestep and put their hands up way before the ball is in a catching vicinity. They should be running for another half second atleast.
