How many coaches in a row can under achieve at UCLA? Or, when are they going to hire a good coach? They thought they struck gold in Mora and broke the bank for him and are now stuck with him

With the possible exception of Mora/Kiffen, have the LA schools ever had a worse coaching combo than they do right now?

That's why we liked him in 2007 - the anti Ty that would whip up some enthusiasm for Husky Football again. But you're right, it doesn't last.

In order to make it work, Mora needs to be a figure head, motivator, and recruiter. Hire a DC and blow up the defensive scheme. It obviously sucks. Hire a new OC too and let him do whatever he wants on offense. Mora is stubborn though and it's probably hard to take those chances when your job is on the line.
