OFFICIAL Seachickens 2025 Season Thread

Seahawks win next week rather easily. Not 34-17 but the 49ers are too beat up. They are a well coached team and Purdy is a stud. I was thinking about how much better he is than Herbert when watching the games today. He’s better than Lawrence too.

Purdy makes some dumb throws but he has a lot of grit and seems like a winner.

Huge Melon was talking about the two picks Purdy threw yesterday and that they were basically the result of having subpar weapons. One was to Tonges who runs much slower than Kittle and if it were Kittle out there it's a 20 yard gain. The other pick was due to a 5th WR type not running his route correctly. Could be a former QB making excuses for a QB. Purdy is ELITE in the middle of the field, though, with stats to back it up. #2 only to Goff. Seattle had a no fly zone in the middle of the field last game. I expect the same and an easy Seattle win.

The Rams will be tough (I don't think the Bears are for real). Each game this season and last have been one score games and they've split them 2-2. I could see it going either way - I'll make my mind up after seeing how Darnold looks against SF.

I can buy the throw to Tongues, but the other one was with a guy in his face and he threw a weak ball off his back foot. He throws a decent amount of picks. He does throw a great ball with timing on the crossers over the middle. In stride and his WR’s had room to run after the catch.
