OFFICIAL Oregon vs. Oklahoma Alamo Bowl Game Thread

Troy Franklin looks like more of a bitch than Asa. Impressive non-effort from him.

Basically McMillan.

I know both of them were ranked super high back to back years but geez they are soft. Talented but not football players yet.

Opera was soft. McMillan’s not soft, it was blatantly obvious he was sick of Morris’ bullshit lol.
What’s your definition of soft? He gives shit effort and doesn’t battle. This year sucked but blaming lack of physicality on the qb is stupid.

Everyone gave shit effort

Who was the lead recruiter for both them (honorable mention to Rome who has a worse case of the drops, but less give ups than Jalen)

Come on Oregon and poach Adams like it appears you want to........ #wintheday #finish

Does Oregon's NIL deal have a bonus for if someone can be the skinniest WR in college football history because it sure seems like all their receivers look skinny for high school players. Also, I'm protesting college football next year if I have to watch another single play of Travis Dye that isn't in the Arena League.

Didn't we win that award already with Jordan Chin?

A merciful kneel down was an appropriate close to a forgettable season. One that officially ended 20th November 2021.

2022. LIPO.

I’m glad Washington fans got to see their future head coach in action. This was an amazing game for the following reasons:

* With Oklahoma also joining the SEC it was weird to see two conference foes in the same bowel game.
* I expected the Alamodome to be a truck bed, Oklahoma to be Eastside Catholic, and ESPN to wind up as a walk-on at Wazzu, but the second half was actually the most entertaining half of Oregon football since week 2.
* It didn’t get canceled. Oregon was like a couple of inaccurate covid tests away. Left with 45 scholarship players, excuses. But due to SEC-like caring they would have played the ball boy at DT if it meant free pub. Cale Millen is kicking himself for transferring, they could have used him on kickoffs.
* Bob Stoops called plays for his son, what a shitty dad. My dad wouldn’t have played me if he had better players, would have taught me a lesson. He also didn’t put my bike together one birthday because he had a business trip. I did it myself. Taught me a valuable lesson.
* The reffing was so bad both ways. I’m sure Oregon held just as much or more, and they got a TD negated for a face mask lol that’s a great rule - but even for an exhibition c’mon what the fuck is this:https://twitter.com/Ashleyrgsports/status/1476416365804195840?s=20

The Alamo Bowl continues to be a sad ending for promising seasons. They need to bump that Vegas Bowl up in the hierarchy, no one wants to go to San Antonio.
