OFFICIAL Oregon-Stanford thread

Been some poor tackling by Oregon. They look soft. Not looking like a natty title run team. Sure are making Hogan look good.

They do look very soft today, almost UW like. I thought DAT looked soft against UCLA as well. The missed tackles are a very bad sign. I hope Oregon can come back because I fucking hate Stanford.

Those drives were balls out, impose your will on the opponent, type of drives. I wish our coach had balls that big.

Fucking beautiful.

I wish our coach understood that linemen win games.

Sark and co. are well aware of the lines. It takes time to build up depth and we're finally starting to see it. Trust me, noone wants better line play more than the coaching staff. Anyone who thinks otherwise its just being silly.

they knew what was coming and couldn't stop it. What happens when u have top lineman all over the place

I mean, if Oregon can't win titles can we send them to the Mountain West? This is the Conference of Champions. They're dead weight.

Where is Sven at? Doog post of the day.

You pro Oregon guys out there(Race) still think Oregon can hang with Bama?

The spread is great flash and show ... but football is still a game all about toughness and physicality ...

Stanford = WINNING

Didn't see your post. We were thinking the same thing. Alabama would do the same thing to Oregon and Alabama actually has a good passing game with multiple playmakers at WR. Like I said before, other than maybe QB, Alabama is better at every other spot and is the tougher, more physical team.

14 points to Oregon is like 3 points to everyone else.

In a typical game that is true, but Oregon is getting physically dominated in this game. Every 3rd or 4th and short, Stanford is imposing their will and picking up the first down.

I was already convinced but this just confirms my beliefs that there is no way Oregon would beat Alabama.

Bama is big and physical. Plus UCLA, UW and now Stanford has ran the ball down Oregon's throats.

Well shit, no wonder Oregon keeps winning.

If they get 14 points for field goals, how much do they get for touchdowns?

shaw really fucked up his season with his play calling at Utah, he calls a run on 3rd and 2. They're preparing a move to 2nd in the country

Good point.

We need to give Sark time to get "his guys".
