As much fun as this is, their program is fine. They lost a head coach and at least one key assistant to better jobs and better situations. What they do next will be telling though. Do they panic and make a shit hire that ultimately begats a chain of shit hires? Cristobal as interim makes sense, it is no doubt an attempt to stem the bleeding they're seeing with this year's recruiting class. But where do they go from there?

They are so not fine right now.

There is a trail of duck tears and butthurt, their coaching staff has been gutted and their recruiting class is starting to fall apart. But the infrastructure is still in place, as is the monetary support of their prime benefactor, the support of their fanbase, and a clear desire to win. Those program level characteristics are just fine.
