Yeah, Bama came closer than anticipated though. Called Boss too.

SC was a total smokescreen though. All of LA was ready to lynch Helton...they closed big time today.

Charlie Strong did some serious work today too. Longhorns' class went from dumpster fire to damn good in the last 48 hours.

We finished ranked 18th in average star rating. The highest since at least 2002 (as far as Scout.com goes back).

2001 was the monster class, top 10 for everybody, top 5 for some, so almost assuredly had a higher average star rating. That was the class with Reggie, ET, Paus, the three 5 star Juco teammates (Kai Ellis, that OL [Tipoti maybe?] and Barton), etc.

This class should perform much better than that one.
