So name another year every swing state vote counting shut down for hours over fake problems and then continued counting in secret after having sent all poll watchers and opposition. those left counting were hand picked demonrat operatives. Probably paid substantial money as well. Some later bragged about it.

But it was the most secure election in history!

Never mind the thousands of affidavits of voter fraud, truck loads of ballots dropped off at 4AM from another state etc. etc.

There’s still going to be bullshit. 2020 was an extraordinary example of what can be accomplished when there is no fear of repercussion. The media has to care for the general public to care and 2020 was an unprecedented play in the media failing the general population by omission of what was happening on the ground in places like AZ, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

I still don’t think it’s going to be enough to stop the GOP from taking both halls tomorrow night, but stranger things have happened, as recently as 2 years ago.

To actually believe that all states that continue counting days and days after the election inevitably break for Dems to eek out wins requires willful partisanship or sheer stupidity. Of ever there was an admin and congress that deserves to get absolutely thrashed at the polls it’s this one.

No Trump the boogeyman at the top of the ticket means lower turnout from the low info left vote as well as suburban moms not needing to feel like they’ll be ostracised the next time the gals get together to wine and cheese and gossip over school board shit. No amount of cheating overcomes historical trends in MT elections with a POTUS that’s under 50% approval and Biden is trending under 40.

If the GOP can’t get this done today, then I just don’t know what to say. Maybe a majority of Americans really do prefer living in serfdom to the government. My belief is that anyone over 40 with a mortgage and their kids’ education to consider is disgusted by what’s happened over the last 2 years, as they should be.

This is the most inept, corrupt, and incompetent admin/congress of my lifetime. At some point in time, citizens of a free country have to mentally fill out a report card and the bill comes due.

After 2 years of NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS, it has to be time to pivot, or we truly are a nation of lemmings.

I haven't seen the data in a decade but I have to believe the country has crossed over to beyond 50% of the working population is now directly or indirectly benefiting, in one way shape or form, financially from the government. De Tocqueville warned about this when he wrote "Once the people find they can vote themselves money, it will mark the end of the Republic." Most of us here are educated and well-informed. The vast majority of our population are not and as history has proven time and again they will easily be deceived into the chains of tryanny Fe Tocqueville wrote about.
