This is what baffles me. In watergate the coverup was 100x worse than the crime.
Here the crime is 100x worse than watergate and the coverup involved the media and the intelligence community.
To this day, none of @HHusky @HuskyBuck @MelloDawg @SwoopTheMoon , @DucksFC or any of the other usual “contributors” here have been able to acknowledge or address that reality, let alone square it up and attempt to rationalize it to the rest of the users here.
Just more of the “sure, Gladys” or “two weeks!” bullshit. You can hate Trump, and I get it. You can hate his supporters and ok whatever.
But you gotta also kind of hate the fact that our government used the fbi, cia, and the media to orchestrate espionage and lawfare on an opposing political campaign and administration, regardless of where you land on the political spectrum.
For a group of people who desperately tried to own the phrase “our democracy is at stake” yall are deeply conflicted on this issue, if not wholly compromised, intellectually and morally. That’s pretty much undeniable at this point. It’s not up for debate, which is why you’ve all been too pussy to address any of it directly. Just keep up with the evasive, snide, pointless quips. None of it holds up under any sort of strict scrutiny and you’re on the wrong side of history.

Trump is so bad because he won't let in 5,000 unvetted illegals a day at the border and then miraculously pretend that the number 5,001illegal will be apprehended and immediately expelled. So, saying "We need to save democracy" really means that a coup is the better way to go. But as usual, they never say that, just some platitudes and lies. The last thing a leftard is prepared to discuss is actual policy. Trump is not securing the border the right way. There never is a discussion of what is the right way.
