Is there any data on why boys are 4x more often diagnosed with autism than are girls? I can't imagine that boys are 4x more likely to suffer effects from vaccines which would cause them to develop autism.

Why not? Boys are 1000x more likely to get testicular cancer because of their genetics.

Young men are way more likely to get myocarditis from the jab than women. Seems like other syndromes having different rates based on sex (not gender) is definitely on the table.
