Most Doctors still are. I've only had to move on from one Doc years ago in Seattle.
My Bend docs have both been great. One even put his finger up my cornhole which was fun.
 
I hate doctors and only go for an annual because my wife forces me. I get better information on HH than I do from my doctor that I see once a year and who I doubt has any actual mental investment in my overall health. Whenever I've asked a question I end up getting a printout of information that I could just find for myself on Google.
