This never happened. They were in compliance until Trump got involved against all of our allies wishes.
 
Oh wow, looks like China, Russia, the UK, France, Germany, James Mattis, H.R. McMaster, Rex Tillerson, Dan Coats and the US intelligence services are all Obama fanboys. Even Trump’s own admin signed off twice in 2017 certifying Iran was in compliance. So many Obama fanboys.

Hey, assclown, can't you read? Nobody said anything about bases being destroyed, but some have taken enough damage and are under enough threats to become uninhabitable for the time being, and it's affecting capabilities.
