Official Iran conflict game thread.

You have no idea if that is true. Regime’s are in power until suddenly, not slowly, they are not.

That is reality. That's where this is headed. Why is the Pentagon massing troops and asking for $200B supplemental? For funsies? Nah, we're in this shit now. Dead mullahs are great, but you never incorporate the cost to actually prosecute this war to the end state you want. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Toppling the regime will require major sacrifice and economic pain. TACOing out now will leave a pissed off Iran hellbent on revenge and nuke acquisition. It will likely require another war in a couple years. Mowing the lawn, as they say.

A war that benefits Israel and Russia at the expense of Americans. Great stuff.
What was the Iran solution you supported? Was it waiting until they got a nuke, or waiting until they actually used said nuke?

You don't know how to define "imminent threat" and you don't want to because your version of that term would guarantee that Iran has nuclear weapons.

Negotiating with terrorists NEVER works. How many examples of this do you need to see? Please, inform the world of the alternative to war with Iran that would have been a success. You can't because there never was one.

Lot of chatter about defections and IRG turning on each other but I'm not an expert like Ern

The command structure is dead, Jim

Bessent says they tracking leaders trying to get money and leave

To claim after the first 3 weeks that this is doomed is just wishful thinking by America Last

So it sounds like the mullahs who had been feverishly working to get a nuke and have been chanting death to America for almost half a century are now really going to hate us. Because they didn’t before I guess.
