He’s already said the 3 goals. It’s the same 3 goals the US was trying to negotiate:

No nukes
No ballistic missiles
No support to proxy terrorist groups.

North Korea with a nuke is already bad enough. Allowing the Muslim terrorists - who are more than willing to kill themselves and everybody else for their cause - was never an acceptable premise. The end of the world scenario (M.A.D) would not deter them like it does others from sparking a nuclear world war.
