Couple notes:

- This game really shows how awful our WR group is. Not that we didn't know this before but they are arguably the worst in the Pac-12.

- The ghost of Strausser is real with this one. If we had Trey we might be a bit more competitive but the lack of depth is terrible.

- Jake should go to the draft for the sake of my liver.

- Penn State is just flat out better talent wise. We need more recruiting classes like the one coming in this year to REALLY compete at a national level.

The defensive line is a bunch of immovable fat blobs except bowman

The LB group is made up of slow and broken berria, BBK, and the ghost of that one overweight LB that was kicked off the team, enough said on that

The secondary is fucking full on retarded. Rap and micintosh hit hard but that’s about it

The OL is a bunch of immovable fat blobs

The RB group is made up of a no longer caring gaskins and Coleman who looks like he has found his cement work shoes

The TEs are all white and the best players on offense

Do we have a QB or WR group?
 
The bottom line: Their defense gets into our backfield and their offensive line is keeping our defense out of their backfield.

Where the fuck are Gaines and Vea? Where the fuck are Kwiatkowski’s creative pressure packages?

There is a certain kind of "always be positive/trophies for all" attitude with our team that weakens our toughness across the board. James' teams had it. Certain players have it. But not enough.

We probably deserve to be down more. OTOH, Penn State nearly lost a muffed punt and we had the BBK pick that wasn't, so it could be closer.

I still trust in Kwat to make adjustments in the second half. Big key is the offense needs to not panic, keep the ball on the ground/quick screens to Ahmed. If we come out and score on this first drive we can still make a game of this despite playing about as badly as imaginable.
 
I have hope. outside that 92 yard run we have handled the run game. just need to adjust the loose secondary play

This should be a lot worse. I'll doog it up a little bit if we score a TD on the opening drive. But motherfucking Christ can we get some pressure on these assholes.
 
I was gonna close out my tab at the bar and head home but getting the late td and the ball first in the second half means I’ll stick around. I’m an idiot. With all that being said Jake Browning still sucks. Gonna get drunk enough to have all my pedo jokes locked and loaded for all of the cult psu fans at the bar with me.
