OFFICIAL Huskies vs. Cougars Apple Cup Game Thread

We all are aware we gotta hit the portal for a QB right?

Yes, like you said a few weeks ago, we need a dual-threat QB as competition for Sam

Any good QB will work compared to the guys we have, but I do think a good OL, we have talent, back ups always seem to be better than the guys we have, and a duel threat QB is the quickest we can get to 9-10 wins next year.

We aren’t going to find a QB that can pick a defense apart because very few of those guys will be available, and the ones that are sure as fuck won’t be coming to UW.

Not happening with Cohen as AD. Nothing but nice guy losers.

I'll wait and see on Huard. He is obviously way out of his league now but he is playing on a shitty team,
he has received no coaching, and this is basically his first set of live reps. I think he has shown he isn't Trevor Lawrence, but I think he still has upside.

I can’t argue your logic but I do see a kid that is physically limited and can’t handle the heat. Maybe he will become an above average to good QB. He isn’t what we really need tho. We need a superstar QB. It’s always been the only way for us to really compete on a national level.

I think he's done pretty well in the pocket and shown a good variety of throws tonight. throws a catchable ball, to both teams.

Jen said one of the reasons she hired Hop was because he interrupted the interview to do pushups.

She should not be picking a CEO for a multi million dollar enterprise.

Culp was feeling a little sweaty with a few catches lately. Had to get that one outta the way

If I'm a player that stays and cares I think I lift 10% more weight this summer because of this loss

Hmmm... not sure if I agree. We were 3rd best team in the country in 2016 with a marginal at best QB. Messiah QB a la Cam Newton is the easiest path but I don't think it's the only one.
