I agree with this. It's assinine how long some pitchers fuck off between pitches. You don't need to take your hat off and wipe your forehead between every pitch. Give them a 10 second pitch clock, and if it expires before they start their motion to pitch or attempt a pickoff, it's an automatic ball.

Pitchers? 75% of batters undo their batting gloves, step out, and adjust their helmetbetween every pitch. That doesn't count the 14 practice swings they take.

You're right, but most of the time, even after all that bullshit, they're still waiting on the pitcher.
