The defense was ok under those circumstances. Not great, just ok.

And the defense is okay is my point exactly. Not good, not AWESOME. Just meh.

Our offense is so fucking terrible, mostly because we have massively inconsistent players (DWarsh) and a retarded OC who has no idea how to play to the team's strengths instead of call fancy plays.
 
Cal is the better team. But the game is still in the Sonny Dykes fuck-up zone. They almost flushed a 21 point 4th quarter lead to Texas. They can easily flush a 13 pt lead in 2 quarters.
 
Why did Boosh go away from the diesel Dwarsh after McGary and Co. pummeled the Cal Dline for 9.5 ypc..... ?

Alright. I think we can do better than this first half. A lot of things we have done better before, the turnovers (killed us!) and sacks, Browning, they didn't go our way. For that reason I think there is still hope. But we will need our best half of the season by far.
