That being said, this is going to be one of the best New Years' Day slates of games in years. An underrated aspect of the new regime is that they've moved all the premier bowl games back to NYE and NYD, where they should be. Really looking forward to it. Also, my wife is going to fucking hate me that because my ass will planted in front a TV for about 24 hours.
 
Yeah, New Years Day is going to be INSANE. I feel bad for Tequilla, that is rough. TCU is a really good team though and it would be awesome (I know it can't happen) if TCU and Baylor played each other in the Cotton Bowl.
 
The Big XII is going to get two of the BCS-level bowls so they're going to be doing pretty well there. Unfortunately our plungering of Arizona might have cost the Pac-12 a slot in the Fiesta

But one needs to know. Is Tequilla dangle worthy because TCU got left out in the cold?

Or is he true to form in that it's not a big deal because at least Baylor didn't get in either?

Which means they are either going to murder their opposition or not show up ... can't imagine either program is excited for the opportunity in front of them at the moment. Will all depend on what their opposition is.
