That might be the silver lining in this lost season. He just doesn't have enough explosiveness to get to the rack. Compare him to the Zona guards tonight and it's clear.

Also, I hear he is working on a pretty complex double major so maybe he decides it's in his best interest to get that degree and keep working on his outside shot because he's going to need it for the next level.

Any chance Romar gets canned after this year or does he get one more year to prove another time that he sucks?
 
I'd say he's guaranteed for another year - but continuing down this path has to give some pause

If he finds a way to pretty much finsih the season without another win it may get testy. But if he wins today, along with USC and wazzu there will be absolutely zero chance he's canned.

If they find a way to lose against front runners USC, Wazzu and ASU I do think there will be enough voice from the 4 people who still care

This is UW. They will do it. They don't want to hear the crap about the winningest coach in program history being forced out right before he was going to turn the program around with his heralded recruiting class.

Sark wasn't getting fired either. It seems that a coach has to perform at Ty and Gilby levels to get fired from UW.
