I’d be inclined to agree, they wouldn’t want IVs visible. Unless all his veins in his arms are mush and they had no other option.

Im not saying his rather quick mental decline may be the result of a more recent stroke and he is now on a healthy dose of coumadin... But it would lend some explanation to the latest media media fervor over Trump having a stroke.
