If I were someone who was already sure I was voting for Biden, I’d be all for him skipping the debates altogether. Trump is most effective in the campaign stump/debate forum. COVID has taken the former away from him, so why give him the latter? Let him continue to fuck himself with unforced errors on Twitter and watch CNN do my work for me. Undecided voters aren’t watching FOX. They watch the debates and they read the paper in the 4th quarter. There’s no reason to throw the ball here.
