The (single family) real estate is pretty nice and the golf course is deluxe but the hotel operations and food are nothing special. For the record, we've had a couple of posters who were averaging like $40 per post in donations. But @plateheadz has never posted and just kicked in $130. So he's not even averaging a certain post ratio because he's never posted.
