NFL teams over thinking it like always. Bortles over Manziel? Justin Gilbert and Anthony Barr over him? At the worst, Manziel will be a good QB. His ceiling is really fucking high.

The league is full of idiot GM's. Cleveland and Minnesota deserve 0-16 for their picks. Their starting QB's are Brian Hoyer and Matt Cassell.
