NCAA minimums are the same everywhere but UW still has the stupid foreign language requirement that schools that THINK and CARE about winning do not. I'm not sure if that affects transfer students in general or Treshaun specifically, but the old "if he can get in somewhere he can get in anywhere" is not actually true in regards to UW.

There is also a thing with PE and teaching credits (specific to UW) that are screwy that have always caused problems with guys transferring from other states or JUCO programs.

Yep UW doesn't accept PE credits, or only accepts them as electives, not towards an education major.
