I remember when I first heard about the Chinese social credit score and thought, I'm glad to live here and not have to worry about that kind of authoritarianism. That was in 2019 when I was young and naive.
Then in 2020 when I heard some places shutting down gatherings. I thought I'm glad the government can't do that here.
.After the new gun control laws don't work, you can expect increased surveillance on everyone. And the masses will be happy to comply because of "safety".
