Antonio Scalia once told his clerks that if they ever leaked internal dealings of the court he would do everything in his power to ruin their careers. I hope the other 9 (really the three this is about) agree. Whoever did it should be fired and disbarred. If it was a justice (highly unlikely) they should be impeached.

The government will charge you with two counts of murder/manslaughter if you kill a pregnant woman. Those same folks in government then argue out of the other side of their mouths that abortion is not murder.

Know a couple of women that had a miscarriage. They both remember the anniversary of what they consider the death of their baby. Have a bottle of wine with the first ultrasound of our grandchild as a label. Handed to me by our son at the dinner announcing the pregnancy.

If you want it, it's a baby. If you don't it's a zygote/fetus/parasite.
 
In the big picture I think there is a huge moral difference between taking a morning after pill which prevents an egg from implanting into the uterine wall and offing a baby that gets startled in the womb when a vacuum cleaner is turned on.

Roe v Wade was never intended as a free path method of birth control for those that are careless or inconvenienced. The left for years has supported it as such. "My body, my choice."
